All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.

You will be notified if there’s a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive:

This includes your tracking number and a link to track your package.

If you don’t receive tracking info within 3 business days of order placement, contact us.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please:

📸 Take photos of packaging & product

📩 Email us at support@arshikha.com with your order number

We’ll assist with a replacement or refund.

If a shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve it.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

ARSHIKHA is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
